Pouladgar, the president of the Iranian Taekwondo Federation elected as the technical delegate in level 3 by World taekwondo Federation. He can attend in the events like Olympic Games, Continental and world competitions and World championships as the technical director.

The first World Taekwondo selective course of technical delegate in level 3 was held with 9 participants from all over the world for 12 hours from 1-3 December.

In this event Seyed Mohammad Pooladgar the president of  the Iranian Taekwondo federation was selected as the technical delegate  in level 3 who can participate in G6 events and above that, like Olympic Games, Continental and world competitions and World championships.

The courses were taught professionally by representatives from different committees of WT like, education, athlete, medical, referees, judicial and Para taekwondo and an exam was taken at the end of the courses that the president of Iranian Taekwondo federation successfully passed it.

Before participating in this event Pooladgar could only take part as the technical delegate in level 2 of WT events as G1, G2 and G4.
