Female National Para taekwondo Team Starts the Training Camp

The training camp of the female national para taekwondo team starts on February 8, in the world taekwondo center.

In a meeting  for the beginning of the first female national parataekwondo team, the president of the Iran taekwondo federation, seyed Mohammad Pouladgar, Zahra Sarvi the vice president , Masood Lashkari the president of the parataekwondo association,  female technical staffs and female national parataekwondo team invited to the camp, participated.

The participants discussed about the forthcoming  para taekwondo events ( Olympic Qualification Events, Asian championships, Para Asian games) and decided to add new para athletes after  elective competitions on February 22.  

The female para taekwondo national team consists of Rayeheh Shahb, weighted +58 Kgs (K42-K45) who won Silver Medal in Open Country Competitions 2020, and Fatemeh Dodangeh, weighted -58 Kgs (K44), achieved Silver medal in Open Country Poomsae competition and gold medal in Open Country competition 2020. Atefeh Keshavarz  is the head coach of the parataekwondo national team and Elaheh Mehrabani is the coach.
