Iran to Send Five Women Athletes to World Taekwondo Grand Slam

Five Iranian women will participate at the Wuxi World Taekwondo Grand Slam Champions Series.

The competition, which serves as 2024 Olympic Games qualification, will be held on April 2 and 3 in Wuxi, China.

Mobina Nematzadeh and Saeideh Nasiri in the -49kg, Nahid Kiani, Nastaran Valizadeh and Tina Modanlou in the -57kg will represent Iran in the competition.

The first edition took place in 2017 and has been held in Wuxi every year since.

The World Taekwondo Grand Slam is an international taekwondo competition that unites the athletes who had the best results at international competitions that year.
