The World Federation announced the names of 2 international referees from our country as candidates for the Taekwondo competitions of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

The  training  camp for referees in the 2024 Paris Olympics was hosted by Uzbekistan for 3 days with the participation of 76 international referees from Asia and the Pacific. Badri Asadi, Masoumeh Bagheri, Marjan Teimuri, Iman Akbarzadeh, along with Shahram Arbabi, the president of Taekwondo Federation's referees committee, 5 international referees of our country were present at the invitation of the World Federation.

the World Taekwondo Federation announced the names of 18 referees who made it to the next stage from this camp.

According to the program of the World Federation, a total of 60 referees from different continents will be nominated to judge in the Olympic Games, who should judge the World Championship, Grand Prix and Olympic qualifiers in the continental section in 2023 with the invitation of the WT, and finally after the final evaluation Judges' performance in the above competitions, 26 judges (13 men and 13 women) are invited to Paris to judge taekwondo competitions.
