An Iranian female referee has been invited to officiate at 2023 world Taekwondo Championships.

Marjan Taymouri, the third referee from Iran, is to judge at the competitions.

Previously, Shahram Arbabi and Masoumeh Bagheri were supposed to judge at the sporting event.

The 2023 World Taekwondo Championships is scheduled to be held in Azerbaijan's capital Baku from May 29 to June 4.
